Method 1:To pay electricity bill from eSewa Mobile App


Just you have to follow these simple steps to pay your electricity bill through eSewa.

  • Step 1: Open eSewa app and login to your eSewa account.

  • Step 2: Tap on “Electricity” option from the menu listed in the screen.

  • Step 3: There load a page where you have to fill your NEA counter name, Sc. No. and Customer ID. Here, Sc. No. indicates the consumer number. You have to fill these details and tap on “Proceed” button.

  • Step 4: A page will load where the amount that you have to pay will be shown. Tap on “Proceed” button.

  • Step 5: To confirm and proceed ahead, you have to enter your MPIN and click on “Confirm”.

You can also pay for electricity bill from web browser.

  • Step 2: Tap on “Electricity & Water” option on the left-side of the screen.

Step 3: Click on the icon on “Nepal Electricity Authority”.

  • Step 4: There load a page where you have to fill your NEA counter name, Sc. No. and Customer ID. Here, Sc. No. indicates the consumer number. You have to fill these details and tap on “Proceed” button.
  • Step 5: To confirm and proceed ahead, you have to enter your MPIN and click on “Confirm”.

This is a complete step to pay the NEA electricity bill digitally either from eSewa app on mobile phone or from the web browser.
