There is no any direct delete account option in the eSewa application. You have to follow some procedures to exactly delete your eSewa account permanently. It’s not a one-click procedure. You have to go through a series of steps to delete your eSewa account permanently.
- First, you have to give the reason why you want to delete your account.
- Secondly, you should have to make zero balance in your eSewa account.
- Then, mail to the address “csd@esewa.com.np” stating the reason of deleting your eSewa account.
- Then after, related team will verify your account and delete the account.

Can You Delete Your Personal Data from eSewa?
The number of eSewa account users has reached around six million.
